How do I transcribe a voicemail?+
Simply open the voicemail in the eFone app and tap the Transcribe button located below the voice message. The app will generate a text version of the recording within moments.
Will every voicemail be transcribed automatically?+
No. To give you more control, transcription starts when you tap the Transcribe button beneath the voicemail.
Where can I read the transcription?+
The transcript will appear directly below the voicemail inside the conversation or voicemail screen, making it easy to read alongside the original recording.
Can I still listen to the original voicemail?+
Yes. Transcription does not replace the audio. You can listen to the original voicemail at any time while also viewing its text transcript.
How accurate is the transcription?+
eFone uses advanced speech recognition technology to provide highly accurate transcriptions. Accuracy may vary depending on audio quality, background noise, and the speaker's clarity.
Can I search through transcribed voicemails?+
Yes. Once transcribed, you can search your voicemail transcripts to quickly find important names, numbers, or conversations.
